I have mine set to the WWC modified... But since I havn't put in any coral to try to grow them yet I figure my comment is well not worth bupkis.

I'm using the WWC modified

I’m using the AB+ modified by adding couple hours of all channels at 100 % and longerfull blue period at lights on and off.

The WWC works great, it depends if it is a shallow or deep tank to set the level of intensity.
