Decided to up grade from a Prime HD to a Radion XR15 gen4 pro. Seems cool, but apparently I’m having the same problem a whole lot of other people are having. Time is wrong and I can’t fix it. After searching through forums this seems to have been a problem for years. How have they not fixed a simple little issue like that?

I’m sorry I can’t remeber how to fix that because I used those lights only as test lights. Have you tried you tube by chance, maybe it shows on there. This is also why I have not gone with lights like these, they make it too hard for normal people to use.

I have everything else set up just fine, but nothing I do will fix the time

I found this on another forum, give it a try
when you put the clock to custom and put in the correct time don't click done and set!!! You would think you would do this to set the time i know!!!! But enter the correct time and then click program all at the top

Man that one really sounded like it was going to work. But still a no go.

Darn lol. When you fix the time, do you log out and log back in right away to see if it sticks? Try waiting a few minutes after manually adjusting the time, then log out and back in to see if it sticks

I’ve tried that a few times, but not since that last attempt. I just shut it down for the night

Possibly dumb question, but how are you programming the lights? Google chrome, internet explorer, android app?

Chrome. I did try deleting my browser history, and using an incognito tab because I saw that suggested.

That worked. Not sure what I did different besides not clicking done when I manually set the time, then just walking away for a while before I did anything else. Y'all are awesome.
