Radions not reproducing schedule the day after programming

Hi everybody!!!
I set up a new schedule in ecosmart live the 31th of january and it 's working the day i apply program to my radions but the day after, my radions are not reproducing the schedule but are doing very low light (white and blue leds), it s like there is no light (very very low light).
I replug them and reprogram them (1usb and 2wifi - 2 aquariums so 2 groups), shedule is working after that but today it has done the same (very very low light)

How can i fix this???

I m scared for my corals, it s like they are in dark all day long...

I ve noticed that when i was connected to ecosmartlive, it told me that the sofware was updated...

Does somebody has the same problem??? and a solution???

One thing that's really important is to make sure the connection manager is running. Then don't forget to hit the program button.
Once in a while I've had a problem with the changes I made sticking, so I closed the program manager and re downloaded it and tried everything again.

I ll try this tomorrow if it restart again! Today i ve made a factory reset before programming the schedule again, i ll see tomorrow

I have been experiencing almost the exact same issue with my Radions over the last few days. I am still working on the proper fix with EcoTech. I will share with you, and start a new thread on the EcoTech Marine Sponsor forums, when they get me up and running again.

The "quick fix" that has been working for me has been to log into EcoSmart Live and push the "Schedule" button. (The button that looks like a calendar and reverts your lights back to the schedule. Normally you use this after playing around with the lights via the app.)

Hopefully we get this fixed very soon. I have linked this thread to EcoTech for them to review your specific issue. Please be sure to submit a New Request with the Customer Support team at http://support.ecotechmarine.com/ to make sure they are seeing the issues from other customers.

I saw this morning in a facebook group for Ecotech Marine owners club, so people have been having a issue too.

Yah, it's a familiar issue most recently. My PTT ties are getting a workout as we speak. Patches and "fixes" should be imminent. :-)

I ve already contacted ecotech for this problem yesterday but no answer till now

Not working today, my wife is progamming every day!!! She has to do it after the starting time schedule...! And sometimes she s not home... Pffff

Came home to my lights not on after working a 12 hour day.:( I had just put the Radion on the reeflink. Fired up the iPhone app and tap schedule and they poped on. Corals started to look happy in 30 minutes.
 
I have the same problem so sounds like it's a lot of radion users. Well just went down stairs and they did t shut down last night so the low light blues stayed on all night hope they get it figured out.

Just read on another forum that Ecosmart Live was updated and should be working the way it's suppose to.
Probably have to login and reprogram your schedules.

Still on daytime schedule right now! (8pm)

 
I had the same problem and was told if you have your lights programmed to go off at midnight, that's the problem. I changed my off time to 12:05 am and everything was back to normal :)
 
Got a email for eco tech and they are doing s update this afternoon that should fix the problems

Thanks @mfinn, I was in the middle of writing the same response but was called in to work before I could finish.

Yes, the update was pushed out and I also was instructed to reprogram. Everything is now on the up-and-up!

Good to see it's working for several others as well. [emoji106]
