I recently upgraded my G3 XR30's to the G4s. Because of the larger cooling outlet, I am going to have new reflectors professionally cut. I cut my free hand with a skilsaw and a speedsquare. These are made out of PVC moulding that have a woodgrain embossed on one side and smooth white on the underside.

He is supposed to come up with better system to hold in place as I know my binges aren't very sheik. My main concern is not to do any permanent mods to the light itself.

My carpenter friend said its just as easy to go ahead and make them in groups of ten while he has saws set up. If anyone would be interested please let me know. I'm not interested in starting a second job, but I have others show some interest in these shades.
I think between materials shipping and time, they are worth $60 each shipped as a precut diy kit or $100 preassembled and shipped.
