I notice a lot of Radions lately for sale and many would post. Ran only at 75% or less.
Lots of seller were unhappy with LEDs and moving on to T5 or back to MH
So why not at 100% ? I ramp my lights to 100% but not more then 4 hrs.
Is it just to show it hasn't been used much?

Every tank and its demands are different. Depended on how high off the waters surface you have the light mounted, going over 75% may produce to much par for that specific tank and bleach the corals. And the percentage the lights are ran at is going to give a general idea of how hot the unit has gotten. The higher percentage you run the hotter the unit will get. So the thought is that if the unit was ran at a lower percentage, it potentially has a longer life left in it.
