Simon over 2.5 years more and more do I see the light and filter genius in a system with hands out as much as possible. Everyone touts patience that means different things to each person . My p science before mucking about was I think to short and I did more harm than good probably. Thanks to reefers like you @najer and @NY_Caveman who have considerably more patience than I and act on their ranks only when truly needed I'm slowly come around. R2R is a great resource and I appreciate folks sharing good bad and ugly it's helped my tho it took more to get thru my thick skull lol

You can go root cause analysis on anything but if you keep it simple the changes should be slower, I trust my eyes, how fast is that macro growing, why does that coral look sulky, the big three are important which I am currently procrastinating about doing in the twins except my nutrients vary so much due to the engineer goby it us hard to nail levels down, I do have new in date test kits here, salinity has been stable at 34.5 - 35.5 for weeks, stable for me as I top up manually, kh 7.3 tested a few weeks ago, there is a lot to be said for just sitting back, watching and thinking.

Now i just run a test and tune tomorrow night after i snag three 1" bulkhead seals.
