Rain soaked rock

Doing a reboot of my tank. Pulled the rock and did a muriatic acid bath, rinsed and left outside to dry for about a week. It's been raining the past couple of days and there's a prediction of snow. Filling the tank with rodi water and wondering if it's okay to put the wet rock into the tank or should I let dry?

Put the rock into a pail, bucket or trash can. Fill with freshly mixed saltwater, a couple of strong powerhead, and a heater. Run over night, dump, rinse, and repeat until you are satisfied it's clean and acid has been removed.

I'm certain the acid has been removed. When smelling the rock it has sort of ocean water smell.

I would do a final soak or 2 in ro before adding to the tank. Thats what i did after bleaching mine and dechlorinating befpre adding to the tank.

Soak it in some RODI, then let dry and put in new saltwater.
