Rainbow basslet with bubble around eye

My rainbow basslet seems to now have a bubble around its eye and I can’t imagine this being a good thing. He’s currently in a copper treatment using the BRS 20/80 treatment with copper power. He’s eating and seems to be swimming fine but I’m worried about this please let me know if you know a solution

I’ve seen these subside on their own but you can use Maracyn which is ethromyacin to prevent infection
Their area around the eye is a weak area of given fish and can lead to blindness in that eye

That's a pretty serious case. The cause with one eye is typically a strike injury. If both eyes are involved, it could be caused by supersaturation of gas in the water (often from an air leak on the suction side of a pump). This one looks like an injury to me. If you see signs of secondary bacterial infection, then using erythromycin in a treatment tank is something yo9u could try. Otherwise, these issues either get better on their own, or they don't, there doesn't seem to be any other treatment.
