My rainbow frag is currently throwing up although every other frag in the tank is happy. What would you do?

Expelling waste is not necessarily a negative sign. While we strive to understand the relationship between coral and zooxanthellae, this is a normal behavior observed that has also been shown when a coral is in distress. If nothing has changed and parameters are normal, I would not worry.

If one does it, it doesn't mean they all have to. It's a behavior many observe after feeding corals or broadcast feeding, so it does not mean the coral is dying or in distress.
