Rainbow Nem is Bleaching or fading color

Hi I've had my nem for a year and he just started fading. He hasn't moved but want to make sure my light was good. I have a Hydra 26 on a JBJ 45. Here are my light parameters. I have a mixed reef:

Ive had my nem for a year tooand it recently split. I have 2 ai primes hd on a fusion 20

Thx it looks like I need to ramp up a bit and mix it up every hour. I'll start slow a few percent till I get it a little stronger.

If he' losing color it would suggest he's getting too much light.

so what would the suggested settings be for a Hydra 26 with a nem and mixed reef?

I would use the coral acclimation effect in the app to reduce my lighting by 40 _50% and have them ramp back up over the next 4 weeks.

Have you change the light or settings lately? If not, then it is probably something else like perhaps an irritant or some water quality issues. If it splits or moves, then I might worry.
