Raise PH make dino grow even more rapidly?

This dino looks like Coolia. I followed others instructions to raise PH to 8.4 - 8.5 it was 8.3 and I found even more dino. Am I doing wrong?

To be clear, you (A) raised pH and (B) what may be dinos increased.
That does not mean that A caused B.

what else ... emm ... I shorten the light time by about 30%, and increased my salinity from 1.021 to 1.024

No cell movement at all. Not likely dinos. Post a pic of the brown patches in the affected tank area?

If the mucus is really strong and gelatinous, like it can almost hold its shape out of water, Then it's likely chrysophytes.

It is not strong at all, it easily get off the rock by pushing water to it using a baster. Is dino always moves? I microscoped again and these thing does not move at all:

Yep. Our pest dinos always have some moving cells.
Can't make out enough detail to say much about them, but it's not dinos.
