Your fish is extremely skinny. If you're aware of this already and working to remedy sorry for sticking my nose in! If not I'd suggest feeding more nori and more pellets/frozen.This looks very similar to what I was just about to post. I have two white lumps on the side of my yellow tang. They must protrude at least 1mm. They've been there for about 10 days now. He doesn't seem bothered by them at all.

I wasn't aware actually. Thank you. He eats loads of nori and frozen food so I assumed he was doing ok. I'll certainly try feeding a bit more.Your fish is extremely skinny. Those white spots look like Lymphocystis. It will go away on its own, but may get worse before it gets better. This looks very similar to what I was just about to post. Hi, can you try getting a picture under white light? The blue makes it difficult to see details. Also, do the spots stay in the same location or do they change in number and location over time?
It is breathing rapidly and so it the anthia as well. Don’t know if that is the white light though.Oof...
@vieiras is your foxface breathing rapidly? How quickly did the spots appear? Have any fish been introduced recently? And lastly, what was your quarantine regimen like for the foxface? Duration, meds used etc...
@Jay Hemdal can you lend your expertise over here kind sir?

Yes - both fish are breathing a bit rapidly. The spots on the foxface just look too big to be ich, but perhaps the fish is smaller that I think, then it could be ich I suppose. That said, ich at this level of infection doesn't cause rapid breathing, so there has to be something else going on at the same time.It is breathing rapidly and so it the anthia as well. Don’t know if that is the white light though.
