Raised white Vs or spikes on Black clown

So I moved my recently qted Fish into my dt a few days ago. All Fish had been treated with 3.5 weeks of 0.5ppm cuprmaine and two rounds of prazi 6 days apart. I noticed today my black clown is showing raised V shaped white dots. Any idea what it can be. I know ich is a possibility but I my mind unlikely since they were more then 3 weeks in a dedicated qt tank at therapeutic copper levels. At no point was the copper level lowered (they went strait from coppered qt to Tank). Any ideas?

Can you post a pic or two, showing the raised dots? Was the black clown one of the QTd fish? Clownfish are very prone to brook and copper does not treat that disease.

Yes all fish were qted and no other fish show signs like the black clown. There’s 4 other clowns in the Tank. Working on pictures but hard to take with just my phone
