Raising alk

I have been experiencing zero consumption for months even given the amount of sps

maintained a stable 7.5 for months .
Just checked alk as I noticed new coralline spots on the back .

alk dropped to 6.9 sadly the last time I tested was last Thursday

I have 2 part to dose when it was ready , but how much can I safely raise without any issues ?

My rule of thumb has always been .25dKH per dose and no more than 1dKH over a 24hr period. Many would say no more the .5dKH in a 24hr period.

I have never gone over 1DKH per 24H without any issue.

Since you are not far below your target (assuming the target is 7.5 dKH), there seems little concern with raising it.
