I’ve been dosing I ml of neonitro daily in my 29 gallon reef tank for a week now. I still have undetectable nitrates . Am I dosing enough? Any suggestions?

I don’t dose- but you can always feed the tank.
if you have fish and are trying to raise nitrates just over feed the tank (not the fish)... someone else will come along and tell you how to raise nitrates if you’re set on dosinf

Make sure your test kit is good. I would take some tank water (from a water change), superdose the nitrate to something like 50ppm, and test it.

I actually did that. I almost thought maybe the test was bunk. It’s a nyos. But anyways... I got a reading of 1.5 this afternoon
