Raising pH with oxygen tank

Would it be possible that I could increase my pH my using a oxygen tank connected to my skimmer instead of c02 scrubber. Or possibly just using a stone to bubble in oxygen. Could this be realistic. I understand the gas companies that supply the c02 tanks can supply non medical grade oxygen.
 
Adding oxygen will not rise you pH. Oxygen does not affect pH. CO2 affect pH on the other hand

As Lasse notes, O2 doesn't matter. Only CO2.

What you would need is CO2-free air, but aeration with that would get very expensive if bought in tanks. If you tried to remove CO2 by bubbling O2, the O2 would get very high.
