Hi Randy

Could you please advise me on the easiest way to raise and maintain my PH to 8.5? I'm looking for a less invasive way to deal with a possible form of Dinoflagellates, not 100% sure it's what I have as it doesn't look like typical Dino's.
I've tried both ChemiClean & H2O2 treatments to no avail.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Jamie.

The primary way to raise pH that much would be by adding limewater. Reducing aeration will also help limit the amount of Co2 drawn into the water. Alkalinity will rise, but that may not be the main concern (that being dinos).
