How can I, or what can I use, to raise my PH without affecting stability. Want to raise to see if I can assist in my Dino battle. Current PH swing is 8 to 8.25 on average.

Your current pH is just fine.

High pH alkalinity additives when you need alkalinity, and reducing the CO2 level in the air around the tank or entering a skimmer are the suitable ways to raise pH.

Running the skimmerline outside on my old 110gal gave me the most rock solid 8+ PH I have ever seen.

Reason I asked, is ive read PH maintained around 8.5 - 8.6 can assist in riding hard to deal with dinos, which im currently battling. What are your thoughts on this?

I was able to battle Dino's by dripping kalk, not sure if it was related to No3 being at zero or what not? I also had turf algae and bryop, but now only bryop grows in the sump.

I had PH up between 8.3 and 8.6.
