raising salinity

ok my dt is 1.021 because of improper mixing techniques and cheap reader on setup. I have fix all this now planning on doing a 30gallon water change on my tank planning on adding water @1.024 is this going to be to steep of a transition on a 100 gallon setup

Noy sure how much it'll raise it I'd just top off with salt water every day till it's fixed
