Raison G6 XR15 Blue Problem

So I have 2 Xr15 blues. One of them stopped working after day 2, no power to the buttons or light. Now today, I bought a new power bank, and when my radion is plugged into it, the power bank for the light makes a voltage noise which gets louder and louder until it cuts, then it turns back on and repeats. It takes about 5 seconds for it to cut again after starting up. But works fine in my wall outlet. Could anybody explain this ?

There's something up with your power bank, would be my guess. Do both lights work when plugged directly into the wall?
