Ramping lights up after a whiteout

Due to a slight case Ostreopsis dino's, I just finished a white out on my reef. Basically I cut the white lights to 0 from 38% and reduced blues from 78% to 15%, dosed 3% peroxide and Dr Tim's @ 1 ml per 10 gallons for 5 days. The dinos packed up and left town for now. My question is, how quickly should ramp the the lights up? The plan is to keep white a little lower than previous, probably around 20% max, bring blue to about 40 to 50 and royal blue to 75 to 80 and then check with a par meter. Before the dinos I was about 280 to 300 par at the top of the rockwork which is about 12' below the surface.

Thanks Ron Reefman, do you think since the livestock was acclimated to the higher light levels before the whiteout I can increase the intensity quicker than a new start-up?

Yes. It does take some time for some inverts to acclimate to big changes in lighting. But IMHO a 3 day stretch with no white and lower blue levels is not long enough to cause a change in what they can tolerate. I have done white outs (while maintaining normal blue spectrum levels) for as long as 2 weeks and then gone directly back to normal white levels with no adverse reaction form my corals.

I've done 3 day blackouts before with just turning my lights back on to normal on the fourth day with 0 issue.
