Randall's anthias

They are a reasonably hardy anthias. Not as robust as bartletts or lyretails, but close, but they are much more peaceful than those species.

They are collected a little deeper than bartletts and lyretails, so new imports may develop swim bladder infections. They can also be a little more shy in the beginning, so aggressive tankmates may keep them hiding longer.

However, I've always been able to get them eating pellets within the first month and they remain quite social in aquaria.

Cool thanks for the response, i dont know if ill ever keep them but they look really unusual with their red stripes they just caught my eye and wondered why more people didnt have them.
I have a trio of lyretails and 2 red saddle anthias so i dont think my tank will hold anymore anthias as its only a red sea reefer 350 lol, but hopefully it will be upgraded lol
