There are some growths that might either be fan/tube/feather duster worms (harmless filter feeders) or Vermetid snails (rapidly-spreading pests), but it is hard to tell without a higher resolution photograph. I am also seeing an amphipod on the right side of the snail's shell (beneficial scavenger/live food for fish).Snail has these things on it - curious what they might be?

Likely not barnacles, which are rare in the hobby, even as hitchhikers.Barnacles etc.
