So my torch coral will be huge and lol great... Then 20 minutes later look deflated and a bit ragged. It's odd... This is newer behavior. There is a recent spike in copepods also...not sure if this tells me anything? Just looking for any info or advice. Thank you.

Could be just about anything from normal fluid flushing to an actual isssue.

If the polyp remains extended but looks limp, it could be not enough flow.

Could also be excess salinity - something you can check.

Spikes in copepods coincides with spikes in their food supply (mostly algae) which generally coincides with spikes in nutrients (phosphate, nitrate).

So check salinity, nutrients, flow. I'm leaving out lighting unless you have recently made a change.
