Over the past week I have had one zoa polyp on this frag looking rough. The center was swollen and the skirt was pulled back. I did a dip and kept close eye on it. This afternoon when the lights came up I noticed it looked like below. I am assuming this polyp is a goner. (the others are closed because I blew on it a bit with a baster to see if it had any response).

So in this case, what should be the next step? Should I remove the frag and remove the dead polyp? My guess is this is due to the frag being knocked loose a few weeks ago and landing on the sand bed (glued down, but my guess is snails knocked it off somehow). When I got home from work I put it back, but ever since this one polyp was having issues.

I want to note that rest of polyps are healthy and usually open with no issues or concerns.
