I’d say no, that’s only like 10% of the requirement

You could use a 1/2 to 1/4" locline reducer (https://vividcreativeaquatics.com/shop/loc-line-1-2in-to-1-4in-reducer/) and then use one of the 1/4 inch RFGs (https://vividcreativeaquatics.com/shop/1-4in-random-flow-generator-rfg025/)
