These are just some things I’ve learned from my tanks, and working at my lfs. I would love to hear yours.

Things Die

Certain things don’t want to die

Algae can be a curse

Algae can be a blessing

Stock wisely

Do research

Don’t keep Mandarins in nanos

Aiptasia suck

Fish can be aggressive

Fish eat other fish

Things get big

Don’t accidentally squish palys

Stay determined

Don’t do stupid stuff

Be safe

Giant Maroon Clownfish like to bite

Miniatus groupers like to swallow your hand

Don’t be hesitant when regarding diseases

Don’t give up

Always do the best you can

Don’t buy things even if you plan on accommodating for them in the future

^^Don’t buy things if you know you can’t take care of it (even if you really really like it)

Tangs can be bullies

Corals are picky at times

Kenya trees are probably made out of plastic

Angelfish will eat anything

Vermetid snails suck

Fish are cool

This hobby is cool

most of the people within this hobby are very nice

Algae doesn’t taste good

Just how many different types of algae did you taste before deciding they taste bad?

Nori is good, but one time I got hair algae in my mouth and it was really salty lol.
Yeah, don't think I even want to be the one to verify how bad it is for you. I'll just let the fish have it. Just thought of something to add to your list.

Bad things happen at the worst possible times.

And you can never have to many spare parts laying around
