Random slug?

The saltwater tank we have is my husbands. I just feed the fish and enjoy helping when I can.. I was looking around in the tank and noticed this weird thing in it and asked if he put some new type of algae in.. he thought it was a flatworm and pulled it out and put it in a jar.. I think it looks like a slug and would like it to maybe be identified before getting rid of it. Sorry for the photo quality.

I'm wondering if it is a type of fleshy limpet. Curious as to what others chime in with.

Would it be possible to get a pic of the top side with better lighting?

I say keep it. Looks like a mollusk of some sort. Definitely not a flat worm.
