asterina star

The biggest problem tends to be that they can multiply like crazy and look unsightly. (They can reproduce by dropping arms).

Beyond that, I think most consider them safe although I have seen people claim that certain species might go after corals.

How should I get rid of it ?

Only do the harlequin shrimp if BAD and you’re prepared to feed the harlequin other starfish after it clears out the asterina stars

Like others have said, just manually remove it.
Based on your first post, you might have just that one although you could examine the new snails' shells closely to see if any others are still on the snails,,, but basically just keep an eye out for more.

If you're asking from a humane disposal perspective:
Flush it and give it a chance to make its way back to the ocean ... uhh,,, yeah
