Random things appearing in my tank

Hey im pretty new to reef keeping and I've found a couple things in my tank. One of which is creepy while the other is cool. The cool one looks like big bubbpe algae but its red and part of it glows red in the blue light and the creepy one looks tantacles moving out of a pile of sand, the tentacles are kinda sticky move sand around sometimes. I just wanna know if these things are harmful

First def spaghetti worm...good guy...second is probably bubble algae i would pluck it off.

Thanks for the info. It does look like bubble algae but it red and glows really nice in the blue lights
