Random worms in my quarentien tank

A few weeks ago I grabbed a small quarentien tank to throw my two clowns in to try and rid some ich and now I came home to find a ton of these mega tiny little worms crawling on the glass. Any idea what they may be. Or how to rid them.

I can't tell with that pic. Try focusing more on one.
 
They look like flatworms. The harmless variety I would think since no corals. I’ve had them in my sump before. I then got an explosion of them in a newly set up tank using some of the rock from the for-mentioned. Eventually they seem to control their own population
