Randy and others...am I ready?????

I wrote earlier...my 3 gal.QT is up for 3 weeks...went through 2 cycles of liquid ammonia...ammonia and nitrite 0, after countless water changes nitrate is now 10ppm...

Planning to put in one chalk bass this week...just one small fish..

Do you think the tank is ready????
