DSC01155.jpg

Am I missing th true question? If the true questions is how many polyps, its hard to tell without a 360 degree view.

there is nothing behind it. It was sold to me as 4 full polyps but it only look like 2 full polyps to me? where am i missing polyps?

there is nothing behind what you see just a straight cut with skeleton

Its hard to tell from your picture how many polyps exactly. Did you see a picture of the frag you were buying before purchasing? If so how does it look compared to that?

It looks like it was 2 adult polyps cut in half and 2 babies...The peace Coral grows fast for me.... I would of been happy if It was sold to me as two polyps...Good luck

Then again the polyps aint that big to begin with..He might of just cut it at the rim....Very sweet pick up though...One of my favorite corals

I see four polyps. I can see how you might think that cut polyps don't equal a full, but that's how I've always seen favia and acan frags sold. I always only ever buy wysiwyg get though so I know what to expect.

I was supposed to get 4 polyps from this colony...would you be happy with what i got?

I wouldnt call that a colony. ;) I would be happy unless you paid crazy money for it though. Funny how i sold and traded that coral for almost nothing to alot of people and people are getting alot for it.
Been looking to get it back myself. In a month you will have 4 full polyps and maybe a new head developing.

There are 9 or 10 polyps on this frag, so yes you should be happy with it. Ask for 4 & get 9 sounds like a steal to me.. Enjoy it, beautiful frag..
Update....
It is early & I did'nt read the post right, sorry.. They did give you 4 even though they chopped right through the center of a few. They will grow back, not to worry..
Now for my coffee...

I'd call that 4 polyps, although I can understand you wondering about it because it is not fully healed from what I can tell. Great coral, been wanting that one.

i see four polyps and one small on on teh back side corner.

the very edge of the two large ones up front is cut off but thats not a big deal and depending on what the person cuts it with is hard to avoid. unless you paid a crazy abmount for it i would say its fine. those things grow really fast so i would be happy with that. well price dependant that is

That is 4 polyp fractions. Not full polyps... which, the word full should not even be used. If it is not a WHOLE polyp then it should be addressed otherwise.

You got 4 half polyps.
