Hello, I just picked up a frag of this gorgeous zoa but forgot to get lighting and flow "requirements". I have 210 gallon tank lit by 250w MH and Blue+T5 bulbs. I always start out the frags at the bottom but wondering where you would suggest placement once acclimated. For powerheads I run an MP60 and MP40.

I have mine medium high and its getting decent flow. Slow growers for me

All zoas are different. I have some as high as 300par and they love it and others as low as 50par. Once you find the sweet spot for a zoa it gets super beautiful and happy

Well, I will give it a week at the bottom and see how it goes and then try different areas of the tank. One thing I am definitely doing is moving all my zoas off the sand and onto the rock. I hate seeing them filled with sand and it seems to stunt the growth a bit.

Once acclimated they did great for me under higher light and medium flow. Probably 150-200 par range.
