That's funny statement. But true. And congrats on the mushroom you got at Rap. My jaw dropped when I saw the colony being cut.

Thanks bro, Hugo hooked me up for sure, it's 4 inches around bigger then at RAP it's all settled in now :) can't wait for the babies

Insane. What's the husbandry on these guys?

We are currently keeping them in our 1000 gallon SPS system. There are 2 other tangs and 2 wrasses in the system with them (one small Vlamingi in their tank, others are in another frag system). Have T5s over the tank, with lots of rock work and black egg crates where they like to hang out. Tank is kept at around 75 degrees.

Feeding them ghost shrimps, krill and PE mysis at the moment.

We lowered the flow to the area where they like to perch.

So far they have been a very easy to keep fish. Not finicky, and very aware of their surroundings. Even have a couple XL cleaner shrimps in there to clean them as well.

Any questions on them, feel free to PM or post here :)

Thanks!
Will

Our Dr Seuss Fish pair have now been in our quarantine system for over a month.

They react very well with people, always poking their heads out to see what we are up to when we are near. They are enjoying frozen krill on a stick, as well as saltwater feeder fry/fish and on occasion a few ghost shrimps/tiny peppermint shrimps.

They have been in our Aussie acro system with 1 other Vlamingi tang as a tank-mate. The temperature has been at a steady 74 degrees, 0 ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and phosphate. Alk is at a steady 10 DKH and pH at 8.3.

Both fish have been freshwater dipped throughout this month, to ensure them to be parasite free.

We feel that these are now ready to leave our facility for someone's aquarium.

We are asking $4000ea or $7000 for the pair. We will ship to you via Southwest Air Cargo for fastest transit to your nearest airport. They will be professionally bagged in 12" bags with oxygen.

Before you freak out on the price, please check out this link regarding the fish :)
