Is there a line forming for frags yet? I want to be up front! Sweet acquisition!

It wont be fragged, since I don’t cut frags from frags. I usually wait for about 6 month until I cut them. I can let you know if you like. By the way this will be fragged this week for the first time.

Hey all rare softie collectors. I don’t have a pic yet, but last week I ordered a piece of the Koji Wada pink nepthea from Unique Corals and was happily very surprised at how beautiful it is. It’s a silver light pink and has hard spikes almost like a dendro nepthea .
Frag was abou 1” high. It’s a stock item at Unique but they only list it for sale one or two pieces at a time when they can frag it.
It’s a little pricey, but worth it. It’s my third pink nepthea and is very different in colour from the others.

I have one too it’s my favorite in my tank right now. I got mine from Cultivated Reef. I love how pink it is. It’s really cool to look at it at lights out with a flash light.

Yep. All softies for my tank. Time to hunt down the cherries!

Probably harder to find rare softies than it is rare sps these days.
So true . I look basically daily. Hard to find anything I don't already have

Couldn't agree more, kind of sad. I'm working on a softy dominated tank right now. :)

I am curiously searching rare softies. They are not advertised as well as you would think! I can locate rare zoas, sps, Lps, nps...but rare softies are seeming to want to avoid my grasp! Im not lookin to buy just looking for species. :)
This rare for its size, almost 18"

Lol I know everyone is bothering you for a frag of that xenia but seriously let us know if you ever start fragging. Also I know that you referenced where you got it from but could you provide a link? Cheers

I just liked these up and they are not soft coral, they are sea turnicates. The more you know.
Yup! To further this, it means that they are NPS and require copious amounts of small particulate foods like phyto and oyster eggs.

I saw these at the LFS the other day, and almost bought them before they said they were tunicates lol
