Rash

I have noticed a rash on my arms after working in my tank. I did not brush against rim. The rash (See Pictures) is not painful, does not itch. Has this happened to you?

So far I have not noticed that I am growing gills which is a very promising sign however, I seem to have a craving for Mysis .

Only time I've encountered anything like that is from contact with an anemone,
