Rasing nitrates without raising phosphate

So my nitartes has been sitting at 2.5 ppm and phos at 0.45ppm. My question is how can i safely raise my nitrates without affecting my phosphate?

Is something wrong with coral that you would want to?

Dosing a nitrate is the easiest.

Salifert nitrate
Filtration :
Bubble magus mini q skimmer
Dragon breath macroalgae
Filter pads

Some of my corals (like my trachys) arent doing that well but thankfully not showing skeleton.

Are you thinking of carbon dosing?

I would think it's better to lower phosphates.

Not for nothing, lots of people have higher po4.
Lots of people want to lower them, or not.
Some use lanthanum chloride, gfo or rowaphos.
Some don't want to use any of that.

Keep lowering phosphate and don't worry about nitrate. I think your nitrate is perfect.

If you want more N, I recommend dosing food grade ammonium bicarbonate as the best option. Second best are food grades of ammonium chloride, sodium nitrate, or calcium nitrate.
