Rate my algae

What am I dealing with here GHA or Bryopsis

Trying to rid of this with fluconazole didn't work after first treatment.

5 gallon nano tank

1 small goby
80% water changes weekly
No Nitrate or Phos detectable
Feed very lightly to the small goby
Urchin won't eat it


Algae started after adding new coral plug that had algae on it.

Looks like a small amount of GHA. You could add a turbo or trochus snail. Both should eat. If possible manual removal works well.
