I have channels 1,2,5 around 30% and 3,4,6 on 60% with the light maxed out on height for supplied legs which is around 10 inchs over the water. I wanna get the par up a little on the rocks and get some off the sand bed would taking it down two inchs help the sand par get a bit lower? I was going to mainly use the sand for acans and a clam with the majority of the middle for SPS and the front two corners for jawbreakers and bounces

If you lower the lights, you will lose the even spread of the light. I recommend keeping it where you have it. As for the mix of frequencies, you may want to measure the spectrum output and compare to known working setups. But in the end, stability will be your best bet. Part levels look good. You should watch the lighting videos over on BRS TV.

Running the lights 80/20 I’m getting 300-350 on the rocks mid tank and between 100-200 on the sand on my RSR 350 that I’m setting up

I'm running a different light and I have a mixed reef, I'm running about 300-350 par at the top of my rocks(about 10in below surface) and about 120-180ish at the sand bed. Depending on angle to light.
