Rate my stocking (subject to change)

How long should I wait to add corals? Would it be best to get my fish fully stocked first? Or add them somewhere halfway?

So I've had my tank running for a few months now and so far everything is going well. 3 cleaner shrimp, 2 clowns, 2 firefish, 1 bengai cardinal, 1 Royal gramma and 1 tomini tang. I'm also looking at getting a Mandarin goby. I found some aiptasia and my LFS suggested a group of peppermint shrimp to eat them but the ones they have are small, about half the size of my cleaners. Would it be a good idea to get a couple or take care of the aiptasia a different way
