RAW food for Goldfish?

What foods NOT cooked would be good for my goldfish? i seen this site that says blanch fruit... but cooked fruit? vegetables i could understand but i highly doubt they'd like Fruit cooked... https://www.wikihow.com/Prepare-Fruits-and-Vegetables-for-Goldfish-to-Eat

plz state only raw foods and sources would be appreciated!

This is mainly a reef/saltwater site, I don’t know how much help you’ll get with your question. The only thing I can think of is some frozen brine shrimp or blood worms. Or even some chopped up earth worms depending on how big they are.
