RB Twin Arc Bulbs Question

I am using to RB 250watt 20k bulbs that are not switching arcs when they fire. Anyone else have this issue with bulbs purchased in the last 6 months? I purchased these from Premium Aquatics.

I think I’ll give Tulio a buzz Monday. I’m just wondering if this is just a fluke.
