RBTA does not look happy

I recently picked up a Rose bubbletip nem and it hasn't really opened up. Was wondering how to make this Guy happy.

Calc 550
Mag. 1400-1450
Nitrate 0
Phos 0
Has moved around the tank and found a.spot but wont open up...

those short stubby tentacles mean its starving.. eating itself for food, chop up some silversides and scallops feed it once every two days until the tentacles start to grow back then let the lighting do its job with some supplimental feeding twice a month

with the feeding. it needs pieces smaller than its mouth closed. so dice scallops super tiny and use a turkey baster to spot feed. thats how i brought mine back. also with feeding variety really helps.. dice silversides,scallops,mysis shrimp ect.. just make sure its small. it takes a great amount of energy to digest the food.. energy which the nem might not have since its digesting itself to survive.. best of luck!
