@reef lover is right, if this is a new Nem in your tank then it's just adjusting to your system.
Once settled in it might start moving around and find it's happy spot in your tank.
Just keep a eye out that it stays foot as of now and won't float around as in many cases it will end up in your power head.
But looking at your pic you should be fine.
