RBTA split, now what?

Mine split into 4 pieces in one week and made me $150 dollars.

They heal just fine. Leave it alone. In about 10-14 days the mouth should be centered and formed again. At that point I trade mine in at my LFS (if you do decide to remove it, chip out the rock under it carefully with a flat wide screwdriver. Don't tear it off !)
Sometimes they split after a big water change. Sometimes when they aren't happy or sometimes just because.
Mine thrives, gets huge and then splits. Seems it's normal process.

As far as I know, they will split when conditions are very good or very bad, meaning that if they are not doing good they might split to double their chance of survival or if the conditions are great they will do it too.
I remember somebody told me that if you feed them often they will split and that is exactly what I did and it worked, I feed the nem a piece of silverfish or shrimp every few days (4-7).

No need to do anything. It should heal right up. IMO if you want to trade or sell it I would wait at least 14 days before you try and remove it from the tank. Otherwise sit back and enjoy your new tank mate.

I was feeding mine frequently and had an accidental temperature drop. I was later told that some people will drop the temperature 10 or so degrees for a period of time to stress them into splitting for propagation purposes.

An anemone usually splits because something is wrong..and its in fear of dying. This way it has double the chances of surviving. You can force them to split by nicking the disc slightly with a razor...I've had by toilet seat size RBTA for 10 years and shes never split once...Of coure I feed mine twice a day and keep her happy....But 90% of the time when an anemone splints something is wrong....

The best food that I have found is bring shrimp in a thick paste and a big syringe. Squid pieces, boneless salmon are what I use and have had the best results...Throw your silver sides in the garbage.....I use to know why they were bad exactly, but can't remember all of if...This anemone is listed for trade in the classifieds ..I hate to get rid of her..I've had her 10 years even moved the tank twice (180) and she stayed glued to that rock. I basically giving it away..My contack info is on the ad as well. And thank you very much for the compliments...
