I am considering getting an RBTA. I HAVE A Biocube 32g with standard lighting of
PAR: 53,
Peak PAR: 81,
LUX: 2200,
Peak LUX 3430

Aquariumdepot.com states that RBTA'S do best under high intensity lighting.

Would my current light be sufficient? I don't know much about lighting. Thanks!

I believe when you go to a reputable coral site too buy corals they list the required light needed as low light medium light and high light .. anything above 150 par is high light

After reading through all that I think I'll stick with the recommendation I have seen work of 200+ PAR. Either way I've seen and personally kept nems quite happy outside his listed specific conditions as well as his recommended water parameters. Not even going to touch on his food recommendations.

Either way the OP's light is definitely not going to cut it.

Feeding: Feed the Bubble Tip Anemone large pieces of silverside, squid, shrimp, and other meaty foods several times a week. Use a feeder stick and touch the piece of food against the Bubble Tip Anemone. Its sticky tentacles will grab onto the food. Be careful not to poke the anemone.“”
They also state here you should feed them several times a week .. IMO this is bad information..nems need light too feed more than food !!

feeding a few times a week is fine if you're feeding small meals and purposely trying to grow the nem rapidly for say propagation, but it's way more then they eat in the wild and large pieces is always a bad idea. So much added waste to the tank at that point.

How long has your tank been running for? Is it mature enough, like a year or so?

I disagree with the 220+ par. My rbta stays happily on lowest rock about 20in down with an AI prime 8in above the water. The specs would say I get about 100 par. My nem has split twice in a year which is perfect. I don't want it splitting out of control. I try to feed once a week.

Now stock lighting of biocube is likely not enough. You should upgrade the lighting. You will not regret it. Temp control for me was enough for me to get away from the compact florescent on my biocube.
