My RBTA recently split and lost it's bubbles. Now since the bubbles are no longer there and the tentacles are a lot longer they are getting close to sweeping against other coral. I can't move the coral and the RBTA doesn't look easy to relocate either judging by the location.
If it went back to having bubbles again there wouldn't be a problem, has anyone experienced a RBTA go from bubbles to no bubbles and back again?

Feed and see if it regains in bubbles.

Happens all the time with mine. Mine will sometimes bubble up after I feed it. You don't want to feed them until their mouth heals after a split.

Thanks. I broadcast feed and I do see them pick up some food from the water column, but I'll try to feed them directly and see what happens.
