Re doing Aquascape

Hi all,
I need a little hell.
I didn't do my aquascape properly when I first started, so today I was trying to positioning some of my corals and all the rocks falls apart. How can I do the aquascape now using epoxy (what is the best? And where can I find it? ) my concern is all my live rocks is mature and my tank is running good, don't know if I put the LR out of the water for half hour is ok?
And which glue do you guys use to glue your Corals? I was using Coral Glue by Ecotech but to be honest I hate it :/ (is all the same?) thanks a lot.

I usually use the two little fishes Aqua stick for my corals and rock work
It takes some time to settle but it holds well
I would get another tank set up to do all the molding with the rocks and use that as an opportunity for a good water change
