I'm retired Navy myself. That's how I got to Norfolk in the first place.

I hail from upstate NY as well... kind of in-between Rochester (Rha-Chesta) and Buffalo!

Welcome

Hi, My name is Wayne and I had a 75 gallon tank when I lived in upstate NY. What with job changes, girlfriend changes and moves the tank kinda went bottoms up. So I am now in Tidewater, Virginia. Should be my last stop, good job and I spent about 20 years here before I went to NY so I think I'm going to stay. I have just set up a Fluval Evo nano just to get my feet wet again. Once I get a house, soon I hope, I will start a new larger tank. Anyone know of some good LFS here in the Tidewater area, sing out.

Welcome, comrade

Retired HMC myself, Good to meet you Brother.

Welcome Wayne! I'm in Norfolk as well!

If you find a good LFS, let me know! I go to Aquariums Unlimited, and while they are very nice, I find their employee knowledge lacking, the fish constantly sick, and their corals both overpriced and covered in pests. I usually just buy dry goods there if I need something quickly.
